Speaking with the tech at Gator, he suggested i not try clearing the codes; so I'll just see what they find next week. Did you notice any change in how the car drove?

I picked up that same code this past week. Fortunately, i've got my 1000 mile oil change scheduled for the coming week so i can get it figured out along with other minor issues that need sorting.

Agreed. We're all trying to rationalize a situation we have no control over.

Assuming policy doesn't change early next week, the importer will have to pay the tariff/tax prior to release from customs. Lotus UK won't see that bill as it is the importer on record that gets that hit. The amount would be based on the "cost" of the car at importation prior to any markup...

Based on what you've put out so far, whatever you put together will surely be a hit.
