I use the "Torque" app from the Google Play Store and a cheap generic ELM327 OBD2 Bluetooth adapter from Amazon
It's a generic code reader, will allow you to reset.
It won't do anything to do with airbags though

I think if you want it loud at idle/low revs, you will need the valve controller.
If you want it to scream and howl above 4k RPM, pair the 3rd cat delete with the GRP blue dry air filter, and possibly release a couple of horses too...
The 3rd cat delete on its own won't make too much...
Pretty happy with the yellow ones
I'd be curious about the black ones but like the fact there is no extra NVH, don't think I'd want to risk that with the black version
