I got the same "Lotus engineering is working on an update" info when I got mine back from servicing last week for this issue. And the Andriod Auto disconnect. And the right turn signal fault, though they may have a jumper wire to fix that in the next few weeks/months.

Hey there! I4 with 6700 miles, and this still happens to me occasionally. I've also had it happen a few times at more throttle. Once at a HPDE with an instructor that kept telling me to "stop stabbing the throttle" till I let him drive and it did the same thing coming out of a very slow turn...
