Advice to everyone who lives in hot area or tracks and want to modify your exhaust

I'm going to go for it; for 400 bucks, it's a no brainer. Last time I had the diffuser off, I think it was one solid piece... but I could be wrong. If it requires cutting, I'm more than open to it...especially if it allows me to get on track without the car going into limp mode

    Exhaust valves

Reviving this thread as I am currently experiencing exhaust issues... I have installed the GRP titanium exhaust, 3rd cat delete & Milltek valve controller; car had been running great for about 700 miles, then suddenly went into limp mode before completely shutting down. The car has since been at...

    Emira track impressions

Was finally able to take a day off work to get my Emira on track at Mid-Ohio... my run group was the first of the morning (roughly 46 Fahrenheit out). First couple laps, I drove very reserved, as it was a cold track, and wanted to ensure everything was up to temp. As soon as temps looked good, I...

What did you do to your Emira today?

Finally got around to painting my shift knob. Amazed how much gunk was in there after only 1,200 miles. Love the look, and was able to color match Seneca pretty nicely by mixing two different hues of blue. Used a small pick & isopropyl to clean, then "painted" via toothpick with Testors enamel...

    My Stock mats are weird.

Haha not sure if I'm looking to get into that game. A 3D printed receptacle may be more reasonable

    My Stock mats are weird.

Sorry for the delay, it's been a hectic few weeks. All went to plan with the retrofit - solves the problem while looking great in the process. When removing the plastic post, it is the perfect diameter to the original threaded system. Used a lathe to cut small pieces of aluminum down to the...

I didn't weigh it, but if I had to guess ~40lbs

    My Stock mats are weird.

Mine were the new style "pop" retainers. However, I removed them to understand what needed to be done to retrofit the threaded retainers. The new threaded receptacles are done being made/ready to be riveted in. I will post some photos once complete

What did you do to your Emira today?

Thanks! Yes, my dad & I installed it; it's a two man job to avoid nicking the interior, especially the center console. Paint match was done by CMS
