I'm also going through Lotus of DC. I've been on the waiting list for an I4/DCT since August of 2022, and I just got an email that they were ready to finalize my order. But with the recent tepid reviews of the DCT, I've decided to hit pause until I have a chance to drive one myself. We'll see...

Smoking Tire posted on Instagram (in the comments) that the I4 embargo lifts on Aug 8. I suspect we'll see a bunch of reviews/comparisons released (at least I'm hoping so).

Shifts seem very lazy, almost like it's trying to simulate a manual gearchange. Certainly unlike any DCT car I've ever driven... Makes me wonder if the track video in the other thread is an I4 after all.
