I will be placing some orders tonight, thank you for all the guidance and the direction on the removal of the short shifter, I am very interested in pulling that out. Will I be missing an OEM components, or is a short shifter just an add-on part?

I just got my Emira and only one of the two key fobs works, I have already replaced the battery with no change, is their a key fob resync or reprogram procedure like older Lotus cars? Any help is greatly appreciated.
