As a cheap fix I would get in touch with an industrial clothing supplier and see if they can embroider it back in using a .png file or similar. I get Polo shirts done for my company, and it's peanuts.

I have this - it's quite rare - heard it only a handful of times in 8 months. You feel like somethings about to snap in the door opening mechanism - and you can't repeat it.
