DONE. Easy access, quick work, and soooo much better!! Not over the top great, still needs some fine tuning and testing, but the bass distortion is remarkably less, even at volume. I added a bullet connector just in case I need to reconnect. Also, I did run into a small oddity, that eventually...

With that said - how connecting to the main wires change the connections @netsinah listed in his post, as he was calling out the tweeter wires and corresponding polarities.

Wouldn't it be a completely different procedure from the v6M - figured it would be much more simple on the i4 shifter area. However, I will admit that I decided to ask for help before I looked closely at it and started to tug on things to try and remove them..

Has anyone taken the time to remove any of the tunnel parts on the i4? Specifically, the shifter undertray? Anyone have guidance, or better yet shop manual reference pages for the removal? Attaching a picture for reference..

Welcome! There is a ton of information in these pages; explore, ask questions, everyone has always been extremely helpful on this forum..
