Mine does the same, only while in gear interestingly, not if I rev. Just around 3K rpm. Noticeable with the window open. If anyone knows a remedy, I would be quite keen to know

V6 auto here - can confirm track mode was impacted after a recent software update. Agreed that it is essentially the same as sport mode now. Any track mode requires paddles (watch the redline so it doesn’t abruptly cut the throttle!)

You can place a shim/spacer between the mirror and plastic trim cover just behind the mirror. Wedge your finger from under the mirror to simulate what it does. I'll grab a photo if that's not clear.
