Dealer said they just took their sweet ass time loading it on a trailer. Said they had 5+ more cars left to ship and only loaded three on this truck for whatever reason.

After 5 months at the NY port, my car is on a trailer to the dealer. It's been an honor everyone. o7

Nothing yet, it's only been 2 days. It was a generic info email link so I'm hoping it will get through to a human eventually. No clue if they even can provide the info to me, but I figured a VIN and a landing date would be enough. If the dealer and Lotus corporate seemingly can't tell where it...

4 months so far for me at the NY port. Got desperate enough to send a hail mary email to the importer at the port to see if they can track it down. Must have gotten damaged or something.

For me personally, it's no one. Would like to hear others' experiences so I can stop complaining on this thread and be more positive.

Customer service told me that it has been "processed" and to contact the dealer. Whatever processed means I hope it means that it has left the port. I know if I ask the dealer that they will tell me they don't know anything and to contact corporate. So frustrating that all parties just point...

Haven't heard a peep. Sucks seeing others getting their cars 3 weeks after hitting port. I sent an email to corporate last week and no word yet. Crazy how the temporary port doesn't want it out of the way as quick as possible.

Anyone in here have their car on the 4/6 boat to NY/NJ? Getting impatient knowing it has been at the port for 3 months now.

I guess it's a little different than I stated. There is a form now. It put me in contact with Tammy who was mentioned earlier in the thread. https://www.lotuscars.com/en-US/contact-us. There used to be a generic email just listed and that one did not give a response when I reached out months...

Contacted Lotus using the generic email on their website. After some back and forth I was able to get my VIN. Looks like I was on the 4/6 boat to NY and still no delivery. Wish I wouldn't have asked and just let it stay a mystery lol. Build approved 9/28/23 for whoever is curious.
