No updates beyond the fact that it seems the sound is coming from the pump. I’ve compared it with another car, and the corresponding sound is the same there. Therefore, I suspect “that’s just how the power steering pump sounds.” However, my dealer has promised to investigate further and consult...

Thanks! I just informed them, but unfortunately, they simply dismissed it and claimed it’s supposed to sound like that. I’m very doubtful about this. Does anyone have a video/audio clip of a "flawless" car when making similar steering movements?
