You can easily going from 360 to 430 via JB4 with no issue. Id recommend go the easy way.
The real merit of Hacked ECU is making your 360 to 470 or more, that's something out of piggybacks capabilities.
Map3/4 got more torque in the mid low range, but eventually gets the same final output in the high rpm, due to the limitations of the fuel you choose.
Physically, they are faster than map2, however, might be marginally the same in a practical run of track, because you only use the high end rpm...
Interesting point.
If V6 Auto performs pretty well, then It might be a good variant that balances speed/Comfy of I4 and Sound of V6. Plus, there's a 500hp+ mod package awaiting.
Sounds promising.
Emira ECU has been hacked and can be tuned. (Don't ask me the source)
For those who are seeking 500hp+, it's a good news.
For those who wants just stage-1 power (+60hp), JB4 is actually plenty enough.
What torque spec should I use when threading the spacer studs + nuts to the hub on an Emira using separate hardware? I hit alerts at around 40 Nm—is that normal or too low?
360bhp I4 after JB4: (using Ron98 aka 93AKI)
Map1: +37whp, +36NM
Map2: +53whp, +48NM
Map3: +56whp, +65NM
Map4 above: no test
Ron98 is not enough for Map3, the torque difference only works in the low rpm range (3-4.5k rpm)
Anyway, now the car is blistering fast, definely worth it.
