Thanks everyone for this thread. I used my 5000 series quickjacks on the rear jack points & the frame where it bends inward as mentioned here. Worked flawlessly and all the bolts for the engine under-tray were accessible. Saved me $400 for the dealership oil change!

The rattle noise in my car seems to be intermittent, and somehow improving? I'm close to 900 miles and it's thankfully happening less often.

Are the last four digits of the VIN sequential for build date? My VIN is SCCLEKAX2RHB11901 for example. 1901 is lower than 2178, so is my car included in the TSB and still needs to have the diaper installed?

I went from a 22lb flywheel to a 8lb flywheel in my S2000. Love the performance but got intermittent drivetrain chatter upon deceleration. It sounds a lot like the noise my Emira makes while “lugging” the engine. How much does the Emira flywheel weigh? Hard to tell how quickly it revs with...

My local Lotus dealer doesn't know about the issues or how to fix it. They offered to look at it to see if they could figure it out but I prefer to keep the car and drive it until Lotus understands the issue.
