How bad will the Emira depreciation be?

I have said all along I personally would budget £1k per month average depreciation over first 3 years. Fairly level for a few years after that I guess depending on p/ex or private sale.

I'm out - the cancellations thread

After 25 months, I'm out. Ultimately going in an Exige Sport 410 a few weeks ago was the final nail in the coffin (much preferred it to the Emira at similar price point). Good luck to those sticking it out ... looking forward to seeing much more Emiras on the road as they do look great and I...

100% agree. My observation is that some sports and classic car values are already slipping back to pre-covid prices. There is a strong probability of over-supply for (sadly) reducing real demand.

Love the wedge era cars. Think they are ageing really well now.

Lotus Emira i4: High-Octane Efficiency from a Compact Powerhouse

Interesting read. If the new aluminium subframe houses the new rear suspension, presumably the i4 suspension is different to v6?

    Exige sport 410

I went in one on Saturday ... what a car! Totally loved it, lots of grinning and can't stop thinking about it. Love the shape of the Emira (and the ease of getting in and out) but the 410 is very appealing!

Has anyone had finance through Lloyds bank??

Useful info, thanks for posting. Assuming trade value in 3 years is say £60,000 ... that works out at approx £1,000 / month ownership cost.
