I enjoy the exhaust note with the valves open all the time when I’m driving solo. With the wife as copilot, I go back to the OEM setup. To each their own 😉 Noise to me is a Honda Civic with some ridiculous aftermarket straight pipe or similar muffler set up.

I get it @MAX FPS, nicely done. I’m envious of your roads in the PNW. My wife and I travel to Willamette Valley quite often and I just imagine driving my Emira on those beautiful ribbons of asphalt.

I do Sir. My car is a long term ownership thing for me. Other than the O2 sensor failures, my car has been bulletproof (knock on wood). I love my Emira and although I don’t drive it as much as I would like it does bring a smile to my face when I get behind the wheel.

Nope. I don’t know anybody in BMW circles.🤪 I personally had O2 sensor failures early in the life of my Emira, which was a known problem. The injector thing didn’t come from me, but I’ll ask the service writer about it next week when I take the car to the dealer. See if there is any concern.

Now that is funny. Thankfully, 93 octane is readily available in Missouri. In the past, I could buy VP Racing 5 gal. pails for $60 that I ran in a Mustang GT that was highly modified. Not anymore 😳

This is good to know. I wonder if running the OBD setup for a few months would be beneficial and then disconnect? The routing of the cable would be a temporary scenario (if that’s possible). I will have the GRP CAI, 3rd Cat delete, Milltek controller and exhaust. So I’m thinking the ECU will...

Confusing to say the least. My scheduled install is early July, so maybe the easier OBD set up will be available 🙏
