HQ are telling me that as I bought the car second had the price isn't honoured and only applies to cars that were purchased directly, which makes zero sense as the website doesn't indicate that and don't really see what the difference would be.
The person wasn't very helpful when I explained...

I've just had the doors replaced and PPF reapplied after a few months wait. The job looks great, you really can't notice. I was really worried about getting a match on the DV metallic paint. The car was away for a month in total.
Had to go back today to get the driver door adjusted up slightly...
I was in the same boat - I thought it was going to be a battle but was just accepted. I had to submit them a copy of the bill to prove the type of PPF used. They will be fitting the same as part of the repair by the local dealers preferred PPF company.
So it turns out that the place I got mine from has actually got them back in stock finally and it is on its way -typical.
The one above from @frazzer is a good deal for someone who is a bit closer than me though.

For android at least the option isn’t in the car settings, it is in the android auto app. So you have to connect your phone to the car then in the app menu where you see all the app icons, click on the settings option then under start-up mode turn off start music automatically.
Not exactly 100% relevant but I had their M2 ones and they worked great as that car machine gunned stones onto the rear quarters, made a noticeable difference and were pretty subtle (on a black car)
