Hello, Wondering if anyone else has had this issue... Aircon blows nice and cold, no problems at all, can change all the settings and everything works fine. But then after a while, you can hear it blowing but it's almost like it's blowing behind the dash... nothing comes out of the front vents...

I can confirm the software fix installed last week fixed the issue for me - along with the 'Limited Telematics' error.

You just push it all the way down, with a key (but I think you could use your finger too), just like the metal latch would normally push it all the way down.

Was it after washing too?

Possibly, I was going to do it with the car unlocked. The alarm is incredibly loud, I had to go grab some ear plugs when I was trying to get it to stop!

Makes sense. I'll look for the shroud - is there a diagram or picture for what to look for exactly? Thanks for your suggestion too - I guess I'll have to give the dealer a call on Monday either way. I was also going to try disconnecting the battery for a bit - see if it helps reset anything.

Is this the likely culprit then? Is there any way I can check myself? My nearest Lotus dealer is 40 mins away.

I'm not sure - I thought that only affected the heater resistor? It was literally in for a service less than a week ago though - they did perform a campaign / recall on the charcoal filter / evap line? I can pop the front and inspect tomorrow (if there's a gap in the rain!)

Did you ever resolve this? I've just started having issues after giving the car a wash. Had a good run out today (about 4 hours), and drove it after washing too.... but every time I lock it, the alarm goes off after about 10 seconds. All doors definitely closed... no warnings on dash...
