Looks similar to an issue I had twice in 12 months. Water ingress into ECM causing corrosion. It’s been replaced and sealed recently with no issues since.

Start of another Scottish trip

Have used the Emira in an 80’s airport multi storey with no problems. Only had to use it as the daily drive was in for some work, would never have done it out of choice. Turned out it was a bit of a blessing as it gave me a lot more confidence in the usability of the car.

Ready for the Cairngorms

My car does the same, only ever shows DRL rather than low beams or auto despite the position of the stalk. Pretty sure all of the Emiras I have driven are the same, so some form of software issue.
